We will begin with a few gentle yoga poses lying on your back. Be sure to have a bolster or pillow and a blanket. 


⭐️Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. It is often referred to as yogic sleep or deep relaxation w/ inner awareness. In dreams, you have no control. In yoga nidra, you are the creator of the dream.

👉It is the state of dynamic sleep.

👉The state between conscious and unconscious.

👉The state between sleep and wakefulness.
